Product Details

Our luxuriously soft beach towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption.   The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton.   Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").

Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

Artist's Description

The Point Reyes Muted. I love playing with this particular subject. The boat has been slowing deteriorating for as long as I can remember. I first shot this boat a few years ago and tend to stop every time I go out to Point Reyes.
By taking the color out of the boat and leaving it in the surrounding background I feel that the color on the borders initially pulls the eye away from the subject but then the simple lines and details of the boat pull your focus back in.
The P. Reyes ha been slowly deteriorating for as long as I remember. During high tide it is very difficult to get to but during periods of low tide a person can walk right out to it. The sand bar that the boat rest on has created a barrier for me that I intend on getting around next low tide. I really want to board this and shoot it from the inside.

About Bill Gallagher

Bill Gallagher

Welcome. Thank you for taking your time to visit my galleries. I'm a photographer that makes his home in Northern California. I love getting out shooting the outstanding scenery that this area has to offer. I may be in Yosemite one weekend and the Napa wine country the next. I try not to set limits on where, when or what I shoot. I've been shooting photography now for roughly six years and am learning something new every time I go out. If you see anything you like please leave a comment, I'll try my best to acknowledge it. If you have any suggestions please feel free to share them. Eventually I plan on branching out to children and pets. Please come back often as I am continuously adding new work. If you see work that you like please...
