F18 Level Flight In Star Wars Canyon
I really enjoyed the day hanging out at Rainbow Canyon. Started the day with a large cup of coffee and a quick breakfast. Drove a few miles from the campground and staked out my spot. I had never been here and was lucky enough to meet a couple of younger guys from Britain that happened to have a scanner.
Through the scanner we could pick up the pilot's radio chatter alerting us to the fact that he was dropping into the Jedi Transition.
In this image I captured the jet as he levels out after banking left right before he turns right and drops down deeper into the canyon.
