This panoramic image of A Stinson Beach Sunset is somewhat of a rarity. Stinson Beach sites about 45 minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge in western Marin County. The reason a Stinson Beach Sunset is somewhat of a rarity is that the cold Pacific Waters promote fog throughout most of the year. During a typical day at Stinson Beach the fog might burn off between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm and starts building once again around 5:00 pm. So to have a nice fog free day out at Stinson was a special treat.
