Description
This image was taken from the beach of Santa Monica. I'm guessing the rubber around the pilons is there to protect surfers as they slalom between them.
So I'm not a real big fan of Southern California, the smog, the traffic, the crowds, it's just not for me.
There are two things that I do really like though about Southern California and that is the weather and the beaches.
This image represents many things that I like about many different things. This is the famous Santa Monica Pier. The topside is an amusement park and center of commerce filled with restaurants and street vendors. I love the beach for one and playing in the waves is always fun. I also like repeating lines and patterns such those found here.
