Downtown San Francisco
I love to go to San Francisco early in the morning on weekends before too many people fill the city.
This day all came about because my wife and I thought we might be able to find some crab for New Years Eve. For some reason this has been a very bad year for crab and the day before New Years Eve and none of the local supermarkets had any fresh crab. We decided to drive down to San Francisco, surely there would be some crab at Fisherman's Wharf.
We left early so I could take some pictures of hopefully a sunrise in the city. Well that didn't pan out. The morning was overcast but we walked along the waterfront near the Port Of San Francisco and I captured some pictures of the Financial District and waterfront.
It turns out that we struck out on the crab as well. There was some to be had but the price was astronomical.
