Astoria Bridge,
I've seen many pictures of this magnificent bridge, but I don't recall seeing one from this perspective. As I was riding across this span I noticed a lack of cars other than the red one in the distance. I figured this would be the best chance of ever capturing this bridge without heavy traffic.
The Astoria Bridge spans the Columbia River between Astoria Oregon and Point Ellice Washington. It was completed in 1966 and is still to this day the longest continuous truss bridge in the world at just over 4 miles long.
