Description
Portrait of Yosemite Falls
One thing you will never see on a busy summer day in Yosemite Valley is the frozen beard that develops over night as the mist from the falls gets blown against the granite and freezes against the side of the cliffs that make up Yosemite Valley.
Another thing that you may never see during the summer daylight hours is an empty hiking path that makes it's way up to the base of Yosemite Falls.
These things can only be captured during my favorite time of the year to spend in Yosemite Valley. The winter time.

Very impressive. That would make a really cool wall size photo.
